If you are seeking the no BS Realtor with a cutting edge, then look no further!

Steven is a North Carolina native and has had the honor to call the Triangle home for his entire life. Born in Durham, college educated in Raleigh at North Carolina State University and settling in Cary with his family, he KNOWS the area. Growing up with a single mother, watching her work two jobs and never asking for a handout, Steven saw first-hand what it was to work hard. Steven’s work ethic is second to none as his determination has made him the man that he is today.

Steven’s drive has taken him through the ranks of corporate America, from operations to human resources. He had the honor of being manager of the year for a large Fortune 200 company. He knew that a 401K was not enough to retire on, or to add the comforts one would want for retirement, so he decided to start looking into real estate investment as a viable option for further growth. During this, he noticed that there was a need for brokers to be more up front, honest and truly transparent.

Realizing that the world of real estate had a need for his approach, Steven left his corporate job and dove into real estate. It was during this transition that he knocked off some bucket list items to include a safari in South Africa, a west coast road trip, an audition for a singing competition show and time for a few more tattoos.

Now, Steven is doing amazing things within the realm of real estate, in an effort to change the status quo and to add his “flair.” He has become the first male Realtor® to hold the title of President of the Women’s Council of Realtors. He is also active in the political realm in order to protect home owners’ rights…standing face to face with our state and national legislatures. Steven is active in the local association on various levels and making a real difference!

Steven is a husband and father to three children. The entire family volunteers within the community to further the causes that matter. Be it human equality, hunger, homeowner rights or child advocacy, Steven will fight for all who need him, including YOU!
